What I do and how it works.

Mid-to-senior corporate professionals. Finance, tech, consulting, operations, marketing, HR, legal — most of my work is in finance and tech. Usually people who were laid off, or who have been searching a while and can't work out why it isn't landing. The method isn't industry-specific. It runs against whatever market you're in, not one I happen to know.

You can. Students aren't my primary audience, and for most of them I'm not the best coach. It depends on your background, where you're heading, and what you're actually stuck on. Book the free 15 minutes and we'll find out.

I interview you first, same as any coach. What you're aiming at, where you think it's breaking, what you've already tried. I'm not skipping the human part. Then it changes. Coaching usually ends at that conversation, and what you get back is somebody's read on it. Mine gets scored against live market demand before I recommend anything, and I use LLMs to widen the search. Based on the numbers, not feelings.

Career coaching is unregulated, so anyone can print a certificate. Mine: 10+ years inside corporate finance and technology, including Goldman Sachs. Language models since 2018. Machine learning coursework at Georgia Tech that I didn't finish. Judge the method, not the credentials — that's why you see the data behind every recommendation.

Use it. It's genuinely useful. What it won't do is check itself. It will name you a pivot in seconds without looking at whether those roles exist in your market. That's the gap I built the method around. Most career advice has it too.

The advice isn't. The search is. I use AI tools to process what you send me and to run the market search — that's how I can go this wide before a 60-minute call. The analysis and the recommendations are mine.

No. Not a recruiter, not a staffing agency. I have no paid relationships with employers, I receive no fee from any employer, and I'm paid by you and only by you. That's deliberate. There's nothing behind my advice except your interest.

No. Nobody honest does. I can tell you which stage of your search is leaking, and what the market data says about your positioning. What you do with that is the part I can't do for you.

I use it to build your analysis, and AI tools are part of that process. I don't sell it, and it doesn't go into any public dataset. I never share it with anyone without your written permission. Ask me to delete it after your session and I will.
